The team behind Belgrade Plaza – one of the largest developments in Coventry city centre – marked the start of work on the scheme with a drinks reception at Prague Bar. Belgrade Plaza will create a living and entertainment quarter including two hotels, more than 85,000 sq ft of leisure and retail units, a casino and apartments. The £100 million scheme by Oakmoor Deeley will transform the area between the city’s ring road and the Belgrade Theatre.
